Shipping and returns

We work with professionals to ensure door-to-door deliveries, so you receive your order at the shipping address within an average of 48 hours from when it leaves our facilities.

Under normal conditions, orders leave our facilities within 48 business hours from order confirmation. Shipping within mainland Spain is free for annual memberships; monthly memberships carry a €5 surcharge. For purchases and shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, a €20 surcharge applies, and international shipments carry a €40 surcharge. Shipments of purchases related to Glucovibes patches may not follow this shipping policy and may be sent by regular mail.

For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of any of the kits sent, even if they have not been opened. Before purchasing, make sure of compatibility and that you have all the information, and if you have any questions, contact us and write to us.
